I, Nathan Merritt graduated from Massage therapy school back in 2016 out of Ontario. The initial moment that peaked my interest for massage was back in 2011 when I was competing in Red Bull Crashed Ice. Prior to my event starting I was extremely sore and didn’t feel ready. Within a 30 minute sport style massage treatment, I was feeling a night and day difference! From that moment on, I had an interest in being able to provide something like that for people and athletes alike.
After now practicing massage therapy here in Alberta for nearly 2 years, I’ve learned a lot of things. My goal with each client that walks through my door is to find your bodies point of symmetry. Imbalances are very common in each individual and they vary drastically. My ideology is to get your body back to its best point of “symmetry”. Through regular massage, treatment plans, strengthening, stretching and a mobility routine, we can work towards improving and maintaining most body and mind situations. At the end of the day, it’s a team effort always.
I look forward to working with you.

Born and raised in Calgary, with a passion for active living and sport, the decision to pursue a career in a therapy-related field was an easy one. Sabrina was fortunate to be given the opportunity to start her university education through a soccer scholarship in Tennessee. Missing her roots in Calgary, she completed her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary.
Since graduating, Sabrina began as a personal trainer, then moved into a role as a Kinesiologist working with a multidisciplinary team at the Canadian Back Institute (CBI Health). She then transitioned to a new role as a Disability Insurance Case Manager. Having often missed the personal interaction with clients from her prior roles, Sabrina made the decision to enroll in a 2200 hour massage therapy program, which she completed as of June 2020.
Living an active and sport-oriented lifestyle herself, Sabrina’s focus is working one on one with clients, to not only provide a targeted and specific therapeutic treatment, but to focus on long term goals and self management. Sabrina takes particular interest in trigger point release, myofascial release, deep tissue, joint mobilization, sports massage, Neurokinetic Therapy and client education and home care.
While not in the clinic, Sabrina spends time with her husband and two young daughters and can be found camping, golfing and adventuring with her family whenever possible.
